One Plan in watercolour with Planting Scheme

Following an initial consultation, two or three concept plans are presented as sketches, which we work on together to finalise the plan you prefer. This plan is then drawn up to scale with a planting scheme.

Three Watercolour Design Plans

To help visualise the very different ways a garden can be designed, three scaled plans are drawn up in colour so that you can easily conceptualise the way your garden could look. These plans can be amalgamated so that you can have the best of all designs.

Planting schemes

If you already have a design plan or garden bed and borders, I can draw up schemes that work best for you. You may want an all year garden plan, or have a colour scheme in mind. You may prefer to have an area of the garden set aside for spring or winter flowering, or have a pond or woodland area that just needs a bit of adding to or starting afresh for colour and interest.

Planting Up Service

Any scheme or areas of the garden can be planted up by me or a team of my gardeners/landscapers. A sourcing and delivery service is also available. An entire garden or a small section of the garden can be weeded, shaped and replanted.

Restoration

Your garden has 'run away' with you or you've moved into a new house with a derelict garden suffering from neglect. The garden can be cleared and renovated, with mature shrubs and trees properly pruned, and replanted to look its best.

Training & Advice

Take your tools into the garden! Covering everything from how to weed or wall-train your roses; how to prune those over-grown shrubs or turn a 'whip' into a standard fruit tree. I can teach you the garden basics up to more advanced training, so that you can manage your garden yourself.
